Plans and billing
The Starter, Pro and Agence plans, the 14-day free trial, each plan's limits, changing plans, invoices and cancellation.
Plans
Prices in euros, excluding taxes. Annual billing works out to 2 months free.

How the limits are counted:
- Social accounts: all connected accounts, across all brands. Reconnecting an existing account doesn't count extra.
- Members: everyone with access to the workspace or one of its brands, including you, plus pending invitations.
- AI generations: per calendar month. See Writing with AI.
The number of posts, scheduled or published, is unlimited.
When a limit is reached, the action is refused with the message « Limite de ton offre … atteinte » (Your plan's … limit reached) and a Voir les offres (See plans) button.
Free trial
Every plan can be tried free for 14 days, with all its features. A banner at the top of the app shows the days left. If you haven't saved a payment method yet, it invites you to do so to keep going afterwards.
Track and change your plan
Réglages › Facturation (Settings › Billing), reserved for Super admins, shows:
- Offre actuelle (Current plan): the plan, monthly or annual, its Statut (Status: Essai en cours (Trial in progress), Actif (Active), Paiement en échec (Payment failed), Résilié (Canceled)…) and the renewal or trial end date;
- Consommation (Usage): brands, social accounts, members and AI generations this month, compared with your plan's limits;
- Changer d'offre (Change plan): choose Mensuel (Monthly) or Annuel (Annual), then Choisir (Choose) on the plan you want.
Your first subscription goes through a secure Stripe checkout page. After that, plan changes are made in the Stripe billing portal, with prorated charges.
Invoices, payment method, cancellation
The Gérer la facturation (Manage billing) button opens the Stripe billing portal. There you'll find your invoices, and you can change your payment method or plan, or cancel your subscription.
- Applicable VAT is added to the payment based on your country and status.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then. Amounts already paid aren't refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.
Read-only workspace
At the end of the trial without a subscription, after a cancellation (at the end of the period) or if a payment is unpaid, your workspace switches to read-only:
- you can no longer schedule, publish, or add brands, accounts, members or AI generations;
- your data is kept;
- posts already scheduled before the switch are published;
- RSS feeds and recurring posts only create drafts.
Choose a plan in Réglages › Facturation (Settings › Billing) to resume scheduling. If a payment fails, a banner invites you to update your payment method to avoid suspension.
