The 14-day free trial, choosing a plan at sign-up, what's created for you and signing in to your account.
Sign up
Go to social.klickbee.com/signup (Essai gratuit (Free trial) link on the sign-in page).
Choose a plan (Starter, Pro or Agence (Agency)) and a billing period (Mensuel (Monthly) or Annuel (-2 mois) (Yearly, 2 months off)). You can change plans at any time.
Fill in Ton nom (Your name), Entreprise / espace de travail (Company / workspace), Email and Mot de passe (Password, 8 characters minimum), then click Démarrer l'essai gratuit (Start free trial).
If prompted, save a payment method on the secure payment page (Stripe). You then land on the Planning (calendar).
The trial lasts 14 days and gives access to the plan you chose. If you leave the payment page without completing it, your trial still starts: a banner « Période d'essai : encore N jours — ajoute un moyen de paiement pour continuer ensuite » (Trial period: N days left — add a payment method to continue afterwards) will remind you. What's created for you
When you sign up, Klickbee Social creates:
- your workspace, named after the company you entered. It holds your plan, your billing and your brands;
- a first brand with the same name. That's the brand you'll connect your first networks to. See Create a brand.
You're the propriétaire (owner) of the workspace and of this brand.
The Aperçu (Overview) page (left menu) shows a Bien démarrer (Get started) checklist in three steps: create a brand, connect a network, generate a first piece of content. The first one is already checked thanks to the brand created automatically.
Sign in
Sign in at social.klickbee.com/login with your Email and Mot de passe (Password), then Se connecter (Sign in). Sign-in is by email and password only: there's no sign-in with Google or Apple.
If you've turned on two-factor authentication, then enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. See Profile and security.
A session stays open for 7 days. To sign out, open your avatar menu and choose Se deconnecter (Sign out).
Join someone else's workspace
If a colleague invited you, don't use the sign-up page: open the Accepter l'invitation (Accept the invitation) link you received by email. It lets you create your account directly in their workspace. See Team and roles.
