Client preview and comments

Share a preview link so your client can review posts without creating an account, and discuss in comments with your team and clients.

The preview link lets a client (or anyone outside your team) see the posts in a content item exactly as they'll be published and leave comments, without creating an account.

Open the content item in the composer (from Planning or Contenus (Content)). The button only appears on content that has already been saved, and on a desktop screen.

Click Partager l'aperçu (Share preview), then Créer et copier le lien (Create and copy link).

Send the link to your client. Copier le lien (Copy link) and Ouvrir l'aperçu (Open preview) remain available in the same window.

There's one link per content item. It doesn't expire: it stays active until you click Désactiver le lien (Disable link), which cuts it off immediately. Preview pages aren't indexed by search engines.

You need to be able to edit the brand's content (Administrateur (Admin) or Super admin) to create or disable a link.

What your client sees

The page is titled Aperçu à valider (Preview to approve) followed by the brand name. It shows each post in the content item with its network, the account, its status and its scheduled publication date (in the brand's time zone).

At the bottom of the page, the Commentaires (Comments) section lets the client write: they enter Ton nom (Your name) and their Commentaire (Comment) (2,000 characters max), then Envoyer (Send).

Approving means commenting

The preview page has no "Approve" button. Your client gives their green light (or their corrections) in a comment; it's up to your team to schedule or publish afterwards.

To prevent abuse, a single preview accepts at most 10 client comments per hour and 300 in total.

Each client comment creates an in-app notification for the brand's team (bell at the top right).

Comments in the composer

In the composer, the Commentaires (Comments) tab (next to Aperçu (Preview)) gathers team and client comments on this content item. A badge shows the number of comments à traiter (to handle).

  • Type in Répondre ou ajouter une note… (Reply or add a note…) then Commenter (Comment). All brand members can comment, Viewers included.
  • Résoudre (Resolve) marks a comment as handled (Résolu (Resolved) badge); Rouvrir (Reopen) puts it back to handle.

Your comments are visible to the client

Team comments also show on the shared preview link. Don't write anything there that your client shouldn't read.
