The Planning
See your posts by day, week or month, as a calendar or a list, move them by drag and drop, reschedule them or unschedule them.
The Planning is Klickbee Social's home page. It shows the scheduled and published posts of the brand selected in the top bar.
Views and display
- Jour (Day), Semaine (Week) or Mois (Month); weeks start on Monday.
- Calendrier (Calendar) or Liste (List).
- Aujourd'hui (Today), Période précédente (Previous period) and Période suivante (Next period) to navigate.
Your display choices are remembered in your browser. Times shown are your computer's.
In Liste (List), a status filter is available: Tous (All), Planifiés (Scheduled), Brouillons (Drafts), Publiés (Published), Échecs (Failed). The list shows 20 posts per page and opens on the page that contains today.
Where are my drafts?
The calendar only shows posts that have a date (scheduled or published). Drafts without a date are on the Contenus (Content) page.
Reading a post in the calendar
- Dated drafts are prefixed with Brouillon : (Draft:).
- A published post has a green check mark (Publié (Published)).
- A failed post has a red outline and a "!"; hover over it to read the error.
- The repeat icon marks a recurring post (« Se répète tous les N jours » — repeats every N days).
- Past posts are greyed out.
On hover, depending on its status, a post offers: Ouvrir (Open), Replanifier (Reschedule), Déprogrammer (Unschedule), Réessayer la publication (Retry publishing), Voir le post (View post) and Statistiques (Analytics).
The channels column
To the left of the calendar, each of the brand's channels has a menu with Créer un post (Create a post), Masquer du planning (Hide from planning) / Afficher dans le planning (Show in planning), Statistiques (Analytics), Créneaux de publication (Publishing slots), Reconnecter (Reconnect) and Déconnecter (Disconnect). A channel whose connection has expired says so in its tooltip; click its avatar to reconnect it.
Create a post from the calendar
- Click an empty slot: the composer opens at that date (9:00 AM in Month view, or the slot's time in Day and Week views).
- Or drag a channel onto a slot: the composer opens with that account and that time.
Move, reschedule, unschedule
- Glisser-déposer (Drag and drop): move a scheduled post to another day or time (« Post replanifié » — post rescheduled). In Month view, the time is kept. You can't move a post into the past, or a post that's already published.
- Replanifier (Reschedule): choose a new date and time in a dialog (handy from the keyboard).
- Déprogrammer (Unschedule): the post goes back to being a draft with no date (« Planification annulée » — scheduling cancelled). There's no confirmation; you'll find it in Contenus (Content).
