Privacy and data

The data Klickbee Social keeps, how AI uses it, how to remove access to a network and how to request deletion of your account.

The full reference is the privacy policy. This page summarizes the essentials.

What Klickbee Social keeps

  • Your account: name, email, password (hashed), two-factor authentication settings.
  • Your workspace: brands, invited members and their roles, brand voice.
  • Your social accounts: ID, name, photo, access tokens (encrypted) and permissions granted.
  • Your content: briefs, posts, media, signatures, tags, RSS feeds.
  • Statistics and Inbox conversations for your accounts.
  • Billing: your card details are processed by the payment provider (Stripe), not by Klickbee.

Klickbee uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers: only the session cookie needed to keep you signed in.

AI and your content

To write, your briefs, brand voice and the text being drafted are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude). This API's commercial terms exclude training models on this data: your content is used only to produce your posts.

Remove a network's access

In Klickbee: Réglages › Canaux (Settings › Channels), the account's ⋯ menu, Déconnecter (Disconnect). The account's access tokens, statistics and Inbox conversations are deleted immediately. See Managing your channels.

On the network side: disconnecting in Klickbee doesn't remove the permission you granted on the network. To remove it as well:

NetworkWhere
Facebook and InstagramSettings › Security › Apps and websites › Klickbee Social › Remove
ThreadsSettings › Account › Website permissions
TikTokSettings and privacy › Security › Apps and services permissions
YouTube (Google)myaccount.google.com/permissions
LinkedInSettings › Data privacy › Permitted services

Once access is removed on the network side, Klickbee can no longer publish to that account or read its data; you'll need to reconnect it to use it again.

Delete your account and data

Account deletion is done on request (there's no button in the app):

  1. Disconnect your social accounts (see above).
  2. Write from your account's email address to hello@klickbee.com with the subject « Suppression de mon compte » (Delete my account).

Within 30 days, Klickbee deletes your user and its sessions, the workspaces and brands of which you're the sole owner (with their content, media, signatures, tags, RSS feeds, API keys and webhooks), and all connected social accounts with their tokens and statistics. You receive a confirmation by email. Invoices are kept as required by law, and posts already published stay on the networks: delete them from each network if needed.

The procedure is also detailed on the Data deletion page.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability…) by writing to hello@klickbee.com. Klickbee replies within one month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
