Manage your channels

Add a social network to a brand, connect several accounts, read a channel's status, reconnect or disconnect it.

In Klickbee Social, a channel is a social media account linked to a brand. Each brand has its own channels: the ones you connect for the brand "Boulangerie Martin" aren't visible from the brand "Studio Yoga".

Six networks are supported:

NetworkPublishingStatsInbox
Instagram (professional account)YesYesMessages and comments
Facebook (Page)YesYesMessages and comments
ThreadsYesYesComments (replies)
TikTokYesYesNo
YouTubeYesYesComments
LinkedIn (personal profile)YesNoNo

X (Twitter), Bluesky, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn company Pages aren't supported.

Who can manage channels?

Only members with the Admin role see Réglages › Canaux (Settings › Channels) and can connect, reconnect or disconnect an account. See Team and roles.

Add a channel

Choose the brand in the top bar, then open Réglages › Canaux (Settings › Channels) (Marque (Brand) section). The page is titled Canaux de (Channels of) followed by the brand name.

Click Ajouter un canal (Add a channel) and choose the network. Each tile shows what the connection covers: Publication (Publishing), Statistiques (Stats), or both.

You're redirected to the network. Sign in with the right account and accept the requested permissions.

Back in Klickbee, the message Compte connecté (Account connected) confirms the connection and the channel card appears.

A single connection per network is enough: it's used both to publish and to fetch stats, depending on what the network allows.

If you cancel on the network's page or something fails, Klickbee shows Échec de la connexion du compte (Account connection failed) with the details returned by the network. See I can't connect an account.

Several accounts on the same network

You can connect several accounts from the same network to a brand (for example two Instagram accounts). In the Ajouter un canal (Add a channel) window, a network that's already connected has a check mark: « Déjà connecté — tu peux ajouter un autre compte de ce réseau » (Already connected — you can add another account from this network). To add a second account, sign in to the network with that other account before clicking the tile.

The total number of social accounts depends on your plan (all accounts and all brands combined): 5 on Starter, 15 on Pro, 80 on Agency. Once you hit the limit, the connection is refused with a message inviting you to change plans and a Voir les offres (See plans) button. See Plans and billing.

The channel card

Each card shows the avatar, the account name, the network and a status:

  • Connecté (Connected): all good.
  • Expiré · Reconnecter (Expired · Reconnect) or Révoqué · Reconnecter (Revoked · Reconnect): access is no longer valid. Click the status to reconnect the account.
  • Stats en attente (Stats pending): the network offers stats but they aren't active yet for this account. « Reconnecte le compte pour activer les statistiques. » (Reconnect the account to turn on stats.)

Two badges, Publication (Publishing) and Statistiques (Stats), show what's active for this channel. The bottom line shows the last stats sync (Synchro le … (Synced on …)), or « Pas de statistiques pour ce réseau » (No stats for this network) for LinkedIn.

The card's ⋯ menu offers Créneaux de publication (Publishing slots), Reconnecter (Reconnect) and Déconnecter (Disconnect). Instagram accounts also have two settings of their own, described in Instagram.

An expired token doesn't always show right away

An account can still show Connecté (Connected) even though the network has withdrawn access (password changed, app removed from your settings on the network side…). The problem then shows up when publishing, as an error on the post. Reconnecting the account fixes this.

Reconnect an account

Use Reconnecter (Reconnect) (the card's ⋯ menu, or click the avatar of an expired channel in the Planning (calendar)) when:

  • the card shows Expiré (Expired) or Révoqué (Revoked);
  • a post fails with a message asking you to reconnect the account;
  • Klickbee asks for new permissions (for example for the Inbox).

Reconnecting runs the same connection again. Sign in with the same account: Klickbee then updates the existing channel without using an extra slot in your plan, and your scheduled posts go out normally again.

Import existing posts

The Importer les publications (Import posts) button fetches posts already published directly on Threads, Instagram and TikTok to fill out your content library and your calendar. Posts that are already there aren't duplicated.

Disconnect an account

The card's ⋯ menu › Déconnecter (Disconnect), then confirm. Here's what happens:

  • the channel disappears from the brand;
  • stats stored for this account are deleted;
  • this account's conversations and comments in the Inbox are deleted;
  • your posts stay in Klickbee, but posts scheduled on this channel can't be published until it's reconnected.

Disconnecting a channel in Klickbee doesn't remove the permission on the network side. To remove it too, go through the network's settings (see Privacy and data).
