Profile and security
Change your name and email address, and turn on two-factor authentication.
Profile
Réglages › Profil (Settings › Profile):
- Informations (Information): edit your Nom (Name), then Enregistrer (Save).
- Changer d'adresse email (Change email address): enter the Nouvelle adresse (New address), then Envoyer le lien de confirmation (Send confirmation link). The new address only replaces the old one once the confirmation link has been clicked.
Your avatar is the one from your Gravatar account, if you have one.
Two-factor authentication
Add a one-time code to your sign-in, generated by an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…).
Open Réglages › Sécurité (Settings › Security), Authentification à deux facteurs (Two-factor authentication) card, and turn on Application d'authentification (Authenticator app).
Enter your Mot de passe (Password), then Confirmer (Confirm).
Scan the QR code with your app, enter the Code de vérification (Verification code) shown by the app, then Vérifier (Verify).
Every time you sign in, after your password, Klickbee will ask for the 6-digit code from the app.
To turn it off, switch off the toggle and confirm with your password.
Keep your authenticator app
Sign-in doesn't offer backup codes. If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact us from your account's email address.
Password
The app doesn't yet let you change your password yourself. To change it, or if you've forgotten it, see Account access.
