RSS feeds
Automatically turn each new article from a blog or news source into posts, as drafts or in the queue, with or without AI rewriting.
An RSS (or Atom) feed linked to a brand turns each new article into a content item, with one post per chosen network. Feeds are managed in Réglages › Flux RSS (Settings › RSS feeds), for the brand selected in the top bar (Administrateur (Admin) of the brand or Super admin). Up to 20 feeds per brand.
Add a feed
Click Ajouter un flux (Add a feed), then enter the URL du flux (RSS ou Atom) (Feed URL, RSS or Atom) and, if you like, a Nom (optionnel) (Name, optional); otherwise the feed's title is used.
Choose the Réseaux (Networks): LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook and/or Instagram (not TikTok or YouTube).
Choose the Mode:
- Brouillon (Draft): posts are created ready to review, with no date;
- File d'attente (Queue): each post is scheduled in the account's next free slot. See Queue and slots.
Turn Réécriture IA (AI rewriting) on or off: the AI writes the post in the brand's tone, with the article link. Without it, the post contains the title and the link.
When you add the feed, Klickbee reads it and treats existing articles as already seen: only upcoming articles will be imported (« Flux ajouté — seuls les prochains articles seront publiés », Feed added — only upcoming articles will be published). Your archive isn't published. The same applies if you change a feed's URL.
How it works
- Feeds are checked once a day. Vérifier maintenant (Check now) runs an immediate check.
- At most 5 new articles are imported per check; older ones beyond that are skipped.
- In File d'attente (Queue) mode, each network uses the first active connected account on that network.
- Instagram uses the article's image; without an image, the post stays as a draft.
- In File d'attente mode, a post also stays as a draft if there's no active account on the network, if the queue is full or if your workspace is read-only.
- AI rewriting of articles doesn't count toward your AI generation quota.
Deleting a feed keeps the posts already created; no new articles will be imported. Uncheck Actif (Active) to pause a feed without deleting it.
If a feed doesn't work
« Flux illisible » (Unreadable feed) or « Vérification en échec » (Check failed)
means the address doesn't return a valid RSS or Atom feed. Check the URL (often
/feed, /rss or /rss.xml); the feed must be under 2 MB and respond in under 10
seconds.
