Queue and slots
Set up each account's publishing slots and add your posts to the queue so they go out at the next free slot.
Rather than choosing a time for each post, you can set publishing slots per account, then add your posts to the queue: each post takes the account's next free slot.
Set up an account's slots
Open Créneaux de publication (Publishing slots) from the ⋯ menu on the account card (Réglages › Canaux (Settings › Channels)) or from the channel's menu in the Planning.
Change the times (in 5-minute steps), Ajouter un créneau (Add a slot) or Retirer ce créneau (Remove this slot). Up to 48 slots per account.
Click Enregistrer (Save).
By default, each account has three slots: 09:00, 12:30 and 18:00. Revenir aux créneaux par défaut (Reset to default slots) restores these times.
Slots apply to every day of the week (there are no different slots per day) and are read in the brand's time zone (Europe/Paris by default), shown in the dialog.
Add a post to the queue
In the composer, open the Planifier (Schedule) button's menu and choose Ajouter à la file (Add to queue). The message « Ajouté à la file » (Added to queue) confirms it.
The next free slot is the first upcoming slot not already taken by a scheduled or published post from the same account. If you add several posts for the same account at once, they take consecutive slots. Klickbee looks for a free slot over the next 60 days; beyond that, you'll see « Aucun créneau libre pour … (60 prochains jours). » (No free slot for … (next 60 days).)
Horaires par réseau… (Times per network…), in queue mode, shows each account's next free slot before you confirm.
The "Suggested" slot
When you open the composer, the date may be pre-filled with a Suggéré (Suggested) badge: it's a slot calculated from the brand's usual posting rhythm (its most frequent time, on weekdays or weekends). You need at least 3 dated posts for a suggestion to appear. Change the date to ignore it.
Who uses the queue?
Besides the composer, the queue is used by RSS feeds in File d'attente (Queue) mode, the public API and the MCP server.
