Connect a professional Instagram account, the permissions requested, account settings (Reels in the grid, automatic first comment) and what you can publish.
Prerequisites
- A professional Instagram account (Business or Creator). Personal accounts can't be connected. To switch to a professional account, open your account settings in the Instagram app.
- No Facebook Page is needed: Klickbee connects directly to Instagram (Instagram login, without going through Facebook).
Connect the account
- Réglages › Canaux (Settings › Channels) › Ajouter un canal (Add a channel) › Instagram.
- Sign in to Instagram with the professional account you want to link and accept the permissions.
- Back in Klickbee: Compte connecté (Account connected).
If the account isn't professional, the connection fails with a message asking you to check that the account is « Professionnel (Business/Créateur) » (Professional (Business/Creator)).
Permissions requested

The last two permissions are only requested when the related features are active. When Klickbee adds them, the Inbox asks you to reconnect the account to grant them.
Instagram account settings
An Instagram account's card, in Réglages › Canaux (Settings › Channels), has two settings of its own:
Show Reels in the profile grid
On by default: your Reels appear in your profile grid. When it's off, they only appear in the Reels tab. Each post can override this setting with Reel visible dans la grille du profil (Reel visible in the profile grid) in its publishing settings.
Automatic first comment
Write a comment (for example « Abonne-toi pour plus de contenu 🔥 » (Follow for more content 🔥), 2,200 characters max) then Enregistrer (Save). It will be published as the first comment on every post and Reel from this account (not on stories). Désactiver (Turn off) stops it.
Each post can replace it with another comment or skip it: see Settings per network.
Pin it in the Instagram app
Instagram's API doesn't allow pinning a comment. To pin the first comment, do it manually in the Instagram app. The first comment also requires the account to have granted the permission to comment.
What you can publish
- JPEG-only images, MP4 or MOV videos.
- 1 image = post, 1 video = Reel, 2 to 10 media = carousel, or stories.
- Text up to 2,200 characters.
- No text-only posts: media is required.
- Collaborators (3 max) and Reel cover.
