The composer
Open the composer, choose accounts, write a global text or a version per network, write a thread, attach media and save.
The composer is the window where you create and edit your posts. It's titled Créer un post (Create a post) for new content and Modifier le post (Edit post) for existing content.
Open the composer
- The Créer un post (Create a post) button in the top bar (for the selected brand).
- The Contenus (Content) page: Créer un post or Générer avec l'IA (Generate with AI).
- Planning: the buttons in the channels column, a click on an empty slot, or a click on an existing post to edit it.
You need a role that can create content (Administrateur (Admin) or Super admin). A Lecteur (Viewer) who opens a post sees it in Lecture seule (Read-only).
The four modes
On new content, a bar offers four modes:

TikTok and YouTube go through Video mode
In Rédiger (Write) mode, TikTok and YouTube accounts are greyed out with the tooltip « utilise le mode Vidéo » (use Video mode). These two networks only publish videos.
Choose accounts
At the top of the composer, each of the brand's connected accounts appears as an avatar. Click one to select it. You can select several accounts on the same network: each one becomes a separate post, with its own tab.
- A network with no connected account appears with a dotted outline: you can write, but you'll need to connect an account to schedule.
- An expired account says so in its tooltip (« compte expiré, reconnecte-le dans Réglages » — account expired, reconnect it in Settings). See Manage your channels.
On existing content, you can't remove an account, but you can add another one from a network that's already there.
Global text and per-network versions
The Global tab (globe icon) holds the text published by every account that hasn't been customized. The tab's footer shows a character counter per network.
To adapt the text for a network, open the account's tab and click Personnaliser pour (Customize for) followed by the account name. The tab then shows Version spécifique (Specific version): this account keeps its own version, even if you later edit the global text. Revenir au global (Back to global) discards the specific version.

The counter turns to a warning at 90% (« proche de la limite » — close to the limit), then shows « limite dépassée » (limit exceeded). Going over doesn't stop you from saving a draft, but the network will reject the post: shorten it before scheduling.
Write a Threads thread
For Threads, the editor shows a series of blocks Post 1/1, Post 1/2… Ajouter un post (Add a post) creates the next post in the thread; Monter (Move up), Descendre (Move down) and Supprimer (Delete) reorder the posts. Each post is limited to 500 characters.
On a saved Threads post, the Sujet Threads (topic) (Threads topic) field lets you set a topic (for example « marketing »).
Add media
On new content, media are added in the Global tab with Médiathèque (Media library), Importer (Upload) or Depuis une URL (From a URL). Each network only receives the formats it accepts. Once the content is saved, each account tab has its own Médias (Media) block so you can adjust media network by network.

- Instagram: 1 image makes a post, 1 video a Reel, 2 to 10 media a carousel.
- Threads: 2 to 20 media form a carousel.
- LinkedIn: a PDF is published as a document (a carousel of pages). Its title can be edited.
- Maximum size: 15 MB for images and PDFs, 300 MB for videos.

Publishing settings and first comment
Once the draft is saved, each account tab shows a Réglages de publication (Publishing settings) panel (format, visibility, title…) and the Premier commentaire (First comment) field. Everything is covered in Network settings.
Save, schedule, publish
The composer's bottom bar contains:
- Tags (Tags), Répéter (Repeat; recurring posts) and Fuseau horaire (Time zone) on the left;
- on the right, the date, Enregistrer le brouillon (Save draft), and the main Planifier (Schedule) button with its menu Ajouter à la file (Add to queue), Publier maintenant (Publish now) and Horaires par réseau… (Times per network…).

If you close the composer with unsaved changes, it offers Continuer l'édition (Keep editing), Abandonner (Discard) or Enregistrer le brouillon (Save draft). Nothing is saved automatically.
Preview and comments
The right-hand column shows the Aperçu (Preview) of each post as it will appear on the network. On existing content, the Commentaires (Comments) tab gathers discussions with your team and clients; the Partager l'aperçu (Share preview) button creates a review link. See Client preview and comments.
On mobile, the composer switches to two tabs: Édition (Edit) and Aperçu (Preview).
Delete content
The Supprimer (Delete) button (trash icon in the bottom bar) deletes the content and all its variants; scheduled publications are cancelled. This can't be undone. To remove a post that's already published from the network, see Delete from the network.
