I can't connect an account
The most common reasons a social network connection fails, and how to fix them.
After a failed connection, Klickbee shows Échec de la connexion du compte (Account connection failed) with, below it, the details returned by the network or a code (« Code : … »).
I can't see Réglages › Canaux
The Canaux (Channels) page is reserved for the workspace's Super admins. Ask one of them to connect the account, or to give you that role. See Team and roles.
« Limite de ton offre … atteinte (… comptes sociaux) »
(Your plan's limit reached, … social accounts.) Your plan doesn't allow another account. Disconnect an unused account or upgrade to a higher plan (Voir les offres, See plans). Reconnecting an account that's already there doesn't count as a new account.
Code : missing_params
You canceled or closed the network's window before the end, or declined the permissions. Start again and accept all the permissions requested: Klickbee needs them to publish and read your statistics.
Code : state ou pkce
(Code: state or pkce.) The connection took too long or was opened in another tab or browser. Start again from Ajouter un canal (Add a channel), in the same tab, without waiting more than a few minutes. For TikTok, cookies must be allowed.
The wrong account was connected
The network uses the account you're already signed in to in your browser. Sign out of the network (or use a private window), then start again. Then disconnect the account that was connected by mistake.
« … vérifie que le compte est Professionnel (Business/Créateur) et reconnecte. » (… check that the account is Professional (Business/Creator) and reconnect.) Personal Instagram accounts can't be connected. In the Instagram app, switch the account to a professional account (Business or Creator), then start again. See Instagram.
« Aucune Page Facebook accordée — choisis une Page lors de la connexion. » (No Facebook Page granted — choose a Page when connecting.) In Facebook's window, check the Page to connect. Klickbee publishes to Pages, never to a personal profile, and you must be an admin of the Page. See Facebook.
YouTube
« YouTube : aucune chaîne sur ce compte » (YouTube: no channel on this account.) The Google account you chose doesn't have a YouTube channel. Create the channel on YouTube, or choose the Google account (or Brand Account) that owns it.
« Non configuré sur ce serveur »
(Not configured on this server.) A grayed-out tile with this label means this network isn't available for now. Contact us.
The account is connected but the Inbox or statistics don't work
- Stats en attente (Stats pending) on the channel card: reconnect the account.
- Permission en attente (Permission pending) or Reconnecter le compte (Reconnect the account) in the Inbox: see Inbox.
